Indigo Home & Facility Services was formed in 2017 by a local Austin custom home developer and his Real Estate and Property Management partner. The two long-time friends brought family and friends together and assembled a high-end team of licensed tradesmen, operations experts and certified project managers focused on quality maintenance, repair and remodeling services.
Locally owned and family-operated, Indigo Home and Facility Services is based in Austin and proudly serves clients in Central Texas. We focus on construction, repair and maintenance of residential and rental properties as well as commercial or non-commercial facilities. Our family of Master Plumbers, licensed electricians and HVAC technicians as well as our seasoned construction crew are insured and fully vetted, providing the versatility that people need.

The Process
Whether we are installing light fixtures, completing a full kitchen remodel in your home, or responding to emergency plumbing repairs in your facility, we take time to understand your needs.

Many straightforward, small repairs or installations can be bid over the phone, while others require our field and operations staff to complete a walk-through, documenting your specifications and the environmental conditions.
For more complex projects, you can expect us to respond with a proposal for the work with a detailed estimate in 5-7 business days.
Estimates are based on complexity of the project, time needed and materials.
Once you approve and sign the estimate, our client coordinators will add you to the schedule.
Property managers can have direct access to our service schedule through a responsive and interactive online tool, ensuring prompt service.
