Indigo Home & Facility Services was formed in 2017 by a local Austin custom home developer and his Real Estate and Property Management partner. Many straightforward, small repairs or installations can be bid over the phone, while others require our field and operations staff to complete a walk-through, documenting your specifications and the environmental conditions.
For more complex projects, you can expect us to respond with a proposal for the work with a detailed estimate in 5-7 business days.
Estimates are based on complexity of the project, time needed and materials.
Once you approve and sign the estimate, our client coordinators will add you to the schedule.
Property managers can have direct access to our service schedule through a responsive and interactive online tool, ensuring prompt service.
